This Privacy Policy is effective on June 23, 2024.
We invite you to read this Privacy Policy, which explains our privacy practices and how we treat your personal information when you use our Services. It describes the types of personal information collected and created in connection with your use of QRzippe™, how and why we use such information, who we share it with, and your legal rights. Unless otherwise indicated, this privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to all our websites, domains, apps, products, services, and features (the “Services”) in all geographies in which QRzippe™ offers its Services. When you use QRzippe™, there are expectations for how you must respect and protect the privacy of other Users. These expectations are spelled out in our Terms of Service. Please read it. Violating these rules or other aspects of the Terms of Service may lead to a loss of account privileges, potentially including a permanent ban from QRzipper™.
QRzipper™ is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application where a stack of proprietary custom developed programs, frameworks, databases, front-end, back-end tools, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are uniquely assembled to provide users a single all encompassing technology to create and preserve in multimedia files in form of public or personal web pages for a customizable period of time.
The current popular way of preserving and sharing any information (data) includes usage of social media, web pages and all sort of digital files (text, image, audio and video) saved on cloud-based servers or on local devices.
Many people believe that storing files digitally is a good and permanent solution, but we at QRzipper challenge that. Social media posts and pages can be canceled or blocked at anytime and for no reason. Storing data on web pages or cloud-based data storage requires usage of multiple independent, pay to use technologies and failure with payment for just one of them may cause permanent all data lost. Storing files on cell phone, camera, laptop, thumb drive or external hard drive has an expiration date as long as we do not lose or physically damage it.
QRzipper™’s customers can create and manage “Story/Message Pages” which are digital information encapsulations in the form of online digital multimedia web pages. Story/message pages allow users to conveniently connect digital stories and information to any physical item utilizing unique customizable tags, stickers and labels featuring automatically generated encrypted Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) and Quick Response Code (QR Code) images and files.

We retain your information in our server logs, our databases, and our records for as long as necessary to provide the Services. We may need to retain some of your information for a longer period, such as in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes or defend against legal claims, or to enforce our Terms of Service .
